I like what Snowgoon’s has done with marketing their latest album, Trojan Horse. It looks like they’re going to cut a video for every track, this being their 4th video release off the album I believe. The videos are for the most part more comical than artistic, at times exposing some of these upcoming MC’s as being a little premature for a serious stint in the rap game, business wise at least. But I like the idea of spreading their budget over a bunch of tracks, it’s an ideal way to showcase underexposed rappers and spread their social network marketing thinner over a longer period of time. Remember this is the Twitter generation, we want our blunts smaller, but we want to smoke 45 of them a day.
